Tweeti'm cutting too so i keep it down to 1.5 scoops of cookies and cream icecream a night....and only half the amount of the hardshell chocolet shyt. oh....and sometime if i crush up orie's myself i pour 2% milk over a half bag instead of half and half....but i try to keep that down to no more than 3 or 4 times a week. (frikin orie's are expensive!!!)
