Tweeti do my cardio in the AM before work. After work is when i do my lifting, but no additional cardio
TweetNormally only warm up and cool down. I try to keep my cardio during a separate part of the day from my weights.
Tweetlately i have been doing it before and after. start of with 7 sets of 3 min intervals (2 min walk / 1 min jog) - weight train - then, 7 sets of 3 min intervals (2 min jog / 1 min walk). all together it's 42 mins on the treadmill.
been feeling really good lately too
