TweetI had one of these. It was the smartest dog I have ever saw. I had to get rid of it because it killed a mans goat.
TweetThis was the other dog I had, she was a beauty. 95# female, looked just like a wolf.

TweetThat is a wolf. You took that picture at the zoo or something.
Nice poochie!
TweetShe was fierce looking. Weirdest thing, she would never really bark, just growl and whine. And she was pretty smart.

Tweeti'm getting me one of those next year
TweetThey are a good tempered dog for the most part and not too much to care for except vacuuming up hair. They do shed a lot in the spring/summer.

TweetI used to have a wolf - he was a great companion. So smart it was unreal. He was 96% Yukon Tundra wolf and 4% malamute. He weighted in at around 135lbs. He was a big cuddle-bug lap dog. I miss that guy...
The burden of originality is one that most people don't want to accept. They'd rather sit in front of the TV and let that tell them what they are suppose to like, what they're suppose to buy, and what they're suppose to laugh at. You have Beavis and Butthead telling you what music you're allowed to like and not like, and you've got sitcoms that have canned laughter that lets you know when to laugh if you're too stupid to know when the joke is. People are too lazy and too stupid to think for themselves because America has raised them that way.

TweetThey are great. Never ask for anything but attention from you.

TweetMake sure you're in a Northern climate if you get a dog like that. I'd hate to see that pooch suffer of excess heat it's whole life.
Also, they tend to be dogs that need alot of attention or they get bored and like to go wander.
TweetShe didn't wander too much, maybe because she's female, they don't run as much as the males. I'm in NY, but during the summer she loved the AC in the house.

We had a male Husky/Malamute cross. Beautiful dog! Just felt guilty because he really liked the bush I didn't get him out there nearly enough. Great outdoor companion dogs... expecially for these Canadian winters.
