TweetDogknottedup
I had a hic try to explain his use of this "tearm"
It stems from when dogs get stuck together during sex. (I was in awe realizing that there were enough hics talking about dog sex that the point that the dogs are stuck together needed a word to describe it)
He used it to explain a situation that had taken a turn for the worse.
As in This traffic is all "dogknottedup"

So was "KID" being on your list directed a rado?
Let the guy have his catch phrase...It's kind of like Bart's "eat my shorts" or Homer's "Dough"
I can't stand "no brainer" anyone who uses that obviously has no brain.
