Whats up guys. Alright, first let me say that i have ALWAYS hated the way I look. I just turned 20, im 6'4", 215 lbs. Ive been training for the past five years. I live a very busy life, 50+ hours a week at work, and im a serious motocross racer on the weekends. Most of my meals are on the go, so I just have to do my best with my diet. Its very clean, plenty of water, but hard to be specific. I supplement with a couple protein shakes every day. I only have time to train at home at 2:00 am after work. I wish I could focus more on my diet and training, but im VERY busy. I have been considering steroids for the past year. I was a frequent researcher on fitness board. Im not trying to give Ronnie Coleman a run for his money, maybe the models at Abercrombie and Fitch, but nothing crazy. I have a safe link to some Winny, Deca, and Dbol. I was thinking about a 6week cycle of Winny, 50mg eod. I want to try something very light for my first cycle. Im worried about the acne, which is already a slight problem. Please help.

Steroids dont go with motocross racing at all. They increase muscle pump which you dont want racing. It's hard enough combating forearm pump just riding. You would'nt be able to hold onto the bike.

i think u should rethink ur lifestyle and ur goals. The juice aint for u my friend. You dont have the time to put in for nutririon, training and REST! If you dont put gas in ur dirt bike it dont run, same here! If u dont put the protein and nutrition in ur body u dont grow, as or no as!!

I really don't get why these guys are giving you shit for being into motorcross and wanting to juice. This should only be part of your life, not your whole life bro. I have taken deca and winnie together and gotten great gains as strange as that sounds. I also had little to no side effects including know acne. I get acne with test and dbol. Do the six weeks of winnie along with 300 mg deca a week. Have fun.

Id say I eat healthy and very often, what I meant by on the go is that its hard to stick to a very specific meal plan. I always get at least 8 hours of sleep, at least a gallon of water, around 200g of protein a day. I eat a lot of protein bars on the weekend (MX+Full Stomach=THE SH*TS!) I snack on fruit all day, I actually like tuna, no sodas or brew, no candy or any other junk. Due to the time I get off work, I cant workout at any local gyms, there all closed. I get a pretty good workout with the weights I have at home, without the luxury of machines. My goal is to gain a lean 10-15 pounds and drop some fat. Im a true hardgainer. Id love to see the six pack that ive been working so hard on. I guess I made my lifestyle seem a little harsh in my original post.

yamaha147- Im still trying to catch the sandbaggers in the amateur125s. I really dont have a problem with arm pump.

First off protein abrs are loaded with crap!! Fruit is ok, but in moderation, you need more complex wholesome carbs. Whole grain breads, potatoes, oatmeal. Try to get at least 3 solid food meals, and 3 MRPs, with added Flax or PB for extra cals. Drop the protein bars.

I forgot to mention that potatos in any form is my favorite food. The worst thing I eat are potatos fried in olive oil. Great with eggs and toast. I also eat a lot of cereal. I do eat a lot of food, but spread throughout the day. What do you suggest for a MRP?
