      I'm looking at getting one for my house, and i don't know exactly which kind to go for ... i think i'll just get an 80 lb everlast and mount it ot the ceiling ...

      i got a speed bag and heavy bag in my basement mins is a 25 year old 80lber my father sued when he was boxer so ti got alot of miles on it

      i got 3..... one in the garage one in the backyard and one in the basement.. new...
      actually my landlord teches marshal arts... so he's got all kinds of equipment all over the place...

      Some of the best therapy and cardio imo...make sure it is hung up securley, mine comes off the hooks sometimes...when I really get into it.

      i say get as big and heavy of a bag as you can afford and have enough room for..... the light ones fly all over the place once you start hitting it hard...... Bigger bags you can work on kicking techniques as well....
