TweetMost I lost was when I dieted without any AS Lost almost 25lbs in 5 weeks. I did go from 13% to about 7.5%, but I must have lost 10lbs of muscle along with 15 of fat. Now, I've lost 20lbs in the last 3 weeks doing sust and winny... but that was 2 weeks on clen, and adex to get rid of 10lbs of water. I like these results much better

TweetI went from 244 to 214 in a little over 5 weeks last year. 750mg test/week along with 2mg liquidex eod. 2 Dymetadrine Xtreme 2 times a day and 2 MD-6 2 times a day(both are fat burners). I did no cardio and weight trained 3-4 times a week and dieting on the extreme end. Lost very very little strength if any so I maintained my muscle and lost all fat. Never doing it as extreme as that though. I'm on less shit this year even and I'm looking just as good. Not even on fat burners ed. Just taking it pre-workout at 3 MD-6 per workout.
Being defeated is sometimes only a temporary condition. Giving up, makes it permanent......
It takes alot of courage to release the familiar and seemingly secure, to embrace the new. But there's no real security in what's no longer meaningful. There's more security in the adventurous and exciting, for in movement there is life and in change there is power......

what kinda test was it? oil based? its hard to go on no carb diet , my sex drive goes to shit and i get so weak

Tweetits actually hard to measure how much fat you would lose because alot of those calipers are subjective measurements....one may say 10% another 12%, i put on 5lbs of lean mass, strength way up and lost some bf visiably, on test/tren/dbol (extremely low dose)
