While I agree that if red meat consists of the majority of your diet it can result in health issues but the key is to mix it up.I am a firm believer in eating red meat as part of a bbing diet being a necessity but like anything else,in moderation.
I do eat red meat but I also eat large amounts of fruits and vegetables,fish,poultry,nuts and grains,etc.As long as your continue to include a variety of food selections in your diet,I really see no problem in including red meat as well.
