TweetMarketing hype - zma works in people with zinc deficiencies. There are better ways to spend your supplement money. Namely protein, creatine, and vitamins.

Tweeta zma supplementation i think is one of the most overly hyped supp, even for a post cycle combo. Has done nothing for me (ive tried cytodyne's zmass as well) and actually hurt my sleep. SageOriginally posted by prolangtum

You and me both. I dont get it? I read T-Mag regiously, I even bought the video where Milos shows you how to inject synthol! And still, I am no T-Man. They write too many damn contradicting articles. One week they have an article on how glutamine is the king of supplements, then like 2 issues later they have one on why its the biggest scam out there, odd.
TweetIf you're an insomniac, it can help you sleep. No better, though, than some simple cal/mag...
Magnesium is good for sleep and for cramps...
