Tweetwhat are your stats????
TweetI am not new to body building but have never cut up before.
The diet that has been made for me it basically a very low carb diet with high protein and high fat (good fats)
Does this sound ok?
Also, I have been told if you do this gradually over maybe a 3 month period, I am less likely to loose muscle tissue.
Does this sound correct too?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

TweetYeah you are pretty much right. Make sure your cardio is up. Have your carbs though in the mroning and after workout. drink a ton of water.

TweetOne question: When you say my cardio should be up, is that for the entire 3 months I am cutting or just diet the first month, then diet and cardio then next etc so the body always being chaged?
Also with this diet, are there any real no-go areas as far as the obvious carbs?

TweetStay away from simple carbs and intake more complex carbs if any, do not carb up all day long and CLA is good for your diet. This will help you lean out while maintaing lean muscle tissue. Also as far as your cardio question! The 2 go hand in hand like two peas in a pod!! Diet and cardio you dont have to diet then cardio/diet then next month--Why would you do this if I may ask??? Also if possible do your cardio first thing in the morning on a empty stomach. As far as the no go areas>pending on your stats and your daily requirements watch how much you take in the pm. I guess if your trying to train your body to loos fat by giving it fat and using the fat stores for energy then no need to load on carbs during the day and just worry about replenishing them after your workout PWO1 and PWO2
TweetAbstrack- Thanks for the advice.
To answer your question about the cardio, I heard if you do cardio too often it can burn muscle tissue aswell as fat whilst you are dieting.
Also, I was told it is better to diet the first month, then as the body starts to adapt to this, then you add the cardio in aswell so the body is always changing and having to adapt.
That not sound right to you then?

Tweetcardio in the AM on empty stomach helps me. i just don't get much energy from fats. i need some complex carbs. very liitle sugar, including lactose. so, cut back on the dairy, if you are into that
