TweetSomeone asked....so here it is! This will be an old pic for some of you OLD guys and ya have seen it before. This is a pic from a few years ago befor my heart problems. was 235 with 13%bf 20 inch arms and 22 inch calves. competed in power lifting and played around with some minor strong man stuff! was incline benching 525 at the time of this pic. and yes im short, I am 5'7 I hope to get back in shape by the end of this year. I am down from 270 at christmas to 245 now and bf% is coming down, just slow! thanks for everyones ideas and help!!!
