Public Dog Parks
TweetDoes anyone take their dog to the dog park?
My dog loves to go there. Someone yesterday said he would never take his dog there because of possibility of sick dogs. I dunno.
I have a high energy dog that needs a lot of exercise and the dog park wears his ass out. I run sprints and hills there so we both get in a good workout.
Is it safe to take your dog there?

TweetI had a 25 pound chihuahua that I always took to the park, He never got sick.

TweetI think the exercise and socializing my dog gets there outweighs the risk.

Tweetwouldnt worry about that at all. Dogs have a very high immune system. Ever see a congested dog?

TweetMy lilbooboo loved the park and there were always many other dogs being walked there. He was always going up to the other dogs and doing their whole sniffing thing and He never got sick.
