      Im pretty sure you can also you can use a Private mailbox at PAK MAIL with a fake name and fake id if your really that worried.

      not a good idea to use a fake name IMO...just adds fraud to the list of charges they can throw at you...if they're on your trail, a fake name isn't gonna do much...i'd just use your address...no name is needed

      i don't use name or initials...if it's domestic all you need is the addy...now if you were ordering from abroad, initials or just an addy might raise some suspicion
