Day one at Raw Unity did not disappoint here are a few highlights.
In the female lightweights champion of champions class, Becky Rich (123) finished the day by upping her total over last year by squatting 292.1lbs, benching 214.9lbs and deadlifting 352.7 for a 859.7lb total. She won $500 for being the champion of champions in addition, she won a $100 for winning her weight class.
