Tweetok....so my wife has the death grip on this truck. its a 2004 f150 4x4 ex-cab fx4 with the 5.4....it has 180k. she wont give it up and let me get her something else!!
anyways, this winter the truck is being an asshole..... the truck will not start if its under 38 degree's out!!! if its 39 it will start if its 37, it cranks and cranks but wont fire!! any idea's on what this could be!1 its getting spark, its getting fuel (when its warm only)

Tweethave you changed the fuel filter? Could be the fuel pump going out. You sure it's getting spark always the problem is in the fuel?

Tweetwhat he needs to do is just call the scrapper that motor is done man. those motors just don't run forever. Get a new one and start over.
Tweetits the fuel modual over the tire...i'd like to thank the "Mr. Goodwrench" crew for all their help.... fuel filter is 3mo's old.... i call a buddy that service adviser at ford dealer and he new immediately. i looked it up and thats the symptoms.

Tweetok.....ok..... I'm the one who looked it up. lol I said it was either the fuel pump or the fuel module under the spare tire. Not scrapping it. It's a good truck!
