They are raised, used and harvested from Red Fish farms. They are used there to eat the poop of all the Red Fish being raised.
Never understood that though as the Talapia eats the Red Fish shit, then shits itself.

All between 26" and 28". They are called Slot Reds, they have to be between 20" and 28" to legally keep. Rat Reds are below 20" and Bull Reds are over 28".
