TweetIve always used milk in my shake untill about 4 months ago. Then began to have real bad stomach problems think i became lactose intollerant now use 4oz water 4oz chocolate soy milk and a bannana in the blender with chocolate protein now no problems. Any other ways to make a shake just in case i get board with mine.
