Tweetyah i figured, over a 2month strech (8weeks), adding 40-55pounds on a bench press is a little far-fetched (unless on)
i might just give it a try , thx for the heads-up ... i have to give bill credit though, he has transformed A LOT of fat ppl into something that resembles a human :P jk, but he has done SOME good work

I all honesty, i could care less how much I bench. A lot of powerlifters have chest of 7 year old. If he has an article, add 3 inches to your chest, im there. No offense BB, i know hes a big powerlifter cronie.
