TweetWhat is the best OTC or legal stuff you guys have tried that showed results? Being new, I thought I might give this a try before the juice. Looking to bulk from 185 to about 200+, then try to cut to about 190.

(I have some creatine, xenadrine and whey protein on hand)

i have a lot of friends who swear by it. give it a try, it should give you the 10-15 lbs you are looking for. up your protein and don't use the xenadrine.
