How well would you do with some kind of basic training for 1 minute non stop going at it . None of this walking around sizing you up 1 minute of getting in there and fight. If I didnt have this pylesymethia blood thickening which makes my cardio bad I would have to say I would do ok thats if I didnt get tagged early,lol

Tweetthe difference between a pro fighter and even a good weekend warrior is huge.
i was used as an example with travis lutter at a BJJ seminar. he told me to resist and attempt to get out any way i could in his example to the class
i couldnt do anything. not a damn thing. he toyed with me like a pitbull on a poodle.
also my muay Thai coach was top of the world in the early 90s and is now near 50. i sparred him. he only used the jab and i used everything, he beat my ass.
a real pro in his prime would destroy me on the feet or on the ground. it would take seconds unless i ran like hell.

TweetMy coach wanted to teach me the importance of a jab. he told me to use all my weapons and he would just jab. he turned my face into a bruised pulp and he is 18 years out of pro fighting.( i landed a few glancing blows nothing solid)Hell, you couldn't run from them. They'd catch you.

That's like my boxing coach when I was younger. He was probably 30+ years out of boxing and it was the same situation. He ate me alive sparring with him and he was 60+ years old. It was ridiculous how hard that old man hit just sparring....I would have hated to make him mad at me!
