Tweetdang, you'd have to eat 100 cherrys to get the same effect? I could probably eat 100 cherrys pretty easy but not every day. I think all fruit has an affect on soreness and inflammation. Most phytochemicals in fruits and vegs fight inflammation. Some more than others I suppose. I know Cherrys are potent antioxidants. I eat a lot of peaches, mangos , blueberries and grapefruit. I have 50+ fruit trees here on my property and man, eating fruit right off the tree is unreal. You cant believe how much more sweet it is than at the store.
