      My bro started his first cycle yesterday with 250mgs of deca but due to drama I wont go into, cannot continue his cycle right now.

      After just one injection, does he need to do clomid for a day or two after 21 days or should he be ok not doing anything?

      250mg of deca is very little... nothing to be concerned about... he won't need any antiestrogens...
