Tweetif its not broke dont fix it
Tweet5 weeks into test only cutter. Want to get an anti-e to maybe cut back on a little water because of the cyp only cycle. Also, now that its summer the barbarques and occasional beer will bloated me asap. Besides that diet is spot on and water ret is not a big deal.
Seems like aromasin is the way to go or should I just use l-dex as necessary??
Will be on for another 7 weeks.
Tweetif its not broke dont fix it

TweetProbably some wise advice Fuzo.
I had zero chest meals for 8 weeks. Went to my moms vacation house for one night. Got there, ate a huge meal, few cookies, and 3 beers. Next morning my mom was like WTF. You look like your retaining fluid in your face. I just told her my diet has been so clean my body had a strong reaction to the high sugar and sodium rush.
TweetA cutter is how you eat and train not how you cycle- Ive learned never to listen to anyone because one person will say you look huge, then five minutes later one will say you look skinny, then again someone says you look ripped- PEOPLE DONT HAVE A CLUE so dont listen.
Fuzo is good with if it not broke dont fix- However if you are cycling and dont have ante e's on hand- THEN SHAME ON YOU BRO. never do that.
there are other ways to shed water too - dieting methods, OTC products, clen , winny etc.
There are also training methods of sweating your stuff out, or laying in a sauna etc etc etc
TweetHa ha, I knew if I made a half ass post from my phone at work I would get accused of being a newb. when I said cutter I was referring to my diet and training, that's why I said my diet is spot on and water is not a problem, EXCEPT when I do indulge a bit, man I bloated up fast and I hate it. My previous cycles I have always use prop so water was minimal issue so I guess my knowledge of anti-e for bloated is probably a little rusty.
plenty of anti e on hand except aromasin which I was thinking of trying.
I posted because no matter how much ya know a outside perspective is always great that's why I posted, and got great SIMPLE advice.
I am the happiest with my training I think I have ever been. I really have my diet dialed in.
Sorry if I seem like I'm snapping back, it is a huge pet peeve of mine when people refer to an AS as cutting or bulking. It just shows how little understanding of how these hormones work on their body.
Thanks, I know your trying to help. Actually I would be interested in any water shedding regimens you have.
I seemed to always do alright taking green tea, taraxatone, drop some carbs, drink tons of water for a few days then ramp water down. Few sits in the sauna I'm pretty dry.
Never got really into it because I rarely was minus 12% bf and don't compete.
Might go sub 10% this year we'll see.
