TweetOk this is my first post and I am new to the whole anabolic world. I have been lifting for 2 years and would like to see better gains. I am a hard gainer and I try to eat a lot to gain. I am 5'5" and weight 140 pounds. I have about 13% BF. I am 21 yrs old. I would just like to hear what inputs there are about a good first cycle for me. Can you please use full names for the anabolics. Also I am wondering if prohormones are worth getting since it will save money and it is easier to get. Thanks for your patience and I anticipate everyone's response.

Welcome to the board bro, and Teeks, advice. I would recommend you take some Test. I really liked Test Enath personally, retains some water but works well , oh and its a long acting Test. There is also Test Prop. if your looking for more solid gains without water, but this one is a short acting Test. And you can also do a Sostenon cycle. Thats the first roid I ever used, used it for 6 weeks though. Popped 205mgs a week stacked with some Stenox. I got good results out of that cycle, bodyweight went from 165 to 195, only lost 5 pounds after that.
Stick around bro, theres alot of good bros here that could help you out. But if you want to start popping do a little more research on what you really want, your goal, mass/cut. Just feel free to ask.
Tweetwelcome to FG, i agree with everyone stick around and learn learn learn. there is a lot more to know than you think. teek is right about the test cycle under 500 mg/w no need to go crazy. you are new to the iron game and the long you train the more you'll learn about your body, thus you;ll be able to make wise decisions.

A good first cycle for anyone is testosterone in whatever ester you choose keep the dosage moderate (under500 mg) and don't go mad scientist on stacking either , make sure you research , side effects , dosages, and post cycle therapy so you are aware of what you are getting into ....BUT... as I am sure you are about to hear you are only 21 and have only been lifting for 2 years you could probably gain quite a bit by tweaking your routine and your diet ,

TweetI agree exactly with LOCO. He hit it right on the numbers. That was my first cycle except for the test. I got crazy results out of that and kept almost all of my gains. But, you are new to lifting and still have a lot of growing to do. I would stick it out for another year. I did my first cycle when I was 22. I did a lot of creatine, glutamine, protein, the whole nine, for a long time before I did my first cycle. You want to make sure that you are at a huge plateau. Then bust through it with a cycle. At 140lbs, you are not at a huge plateau. A small one maybe. Just increase the intensity in the gym. Don't just go through the motions like a lot of people do. Get pissed on your way to the gym and stay pissed until your session is done. Try the legal supplements before you hit the big stuff.
