  • Advice on cycles??? please

    I lost 25 pounds of muscles, cause I want thru a lot of stress, and want to gain it asap. I want to gain all the muscle that I lost and I want to be cut. I use to do anabolic when I was younger like 5 years a go. I just don't know what to take.

    I want to do a mix of cycles....

    Well, your question is almost impossible to answer, since no one here knows you, your training regimine, your eating habits, your frame work, etc....
    So, just a general question of "What's a good cycle to build muscle and get cut? is sufficient.
    My answer would be, anavar or Primobolan for a cutting agent, and either test prop or enth for a bulking agent. If you go overboard with anadrol or dbol, it would give almost anyone water bloat, and the cutting agent would be nill. Assuming your diet is good, and you do cardio, this would be a great cycle for someone getting back into it. Just my opinion.

      There is NO SUCH THING- your diet will be what determines your body comp that has to be on the one. Dont believe the crap about primo or any thing else you can cut on dbol is your diet is clean enough. Steroids are used to enhance your recovery when you train hard and eat properly. Ive done it for decades and do personal training on top of my regular job for 20 years. There is no magic pill, I dont know your history, but you sound like you have no experience , therfore you could cycle on 500-750mg of testosterone and reach your goals if you have your eating down and know how to train. We need more of your personal stats and history.

        Thanks for the responds, I eat pretty healthy, oat meal with a scoop of protien in the morning and after three hours I eat a chicken salad than I hit the gym, than a protien shake after two hours I have another meal of chicken salad or a steak. Two hours after that another meal. No carbs at all.

        My meals are very small cause I am trying to loose the skin around my belly.
