Do you know where one builds action, stamina and guts? In the gym under the iron day after day, forever without fail or excuses or grumbling, that’s where. It’s true. I read a study somewhere and that’s what it said, really.

There’d be fewer battles, less drugs and less crime and more happy moms and dads if we all lifted weights… let’s face it. In what recent medical journal was I reading that?

.....the basics need to be lifted high in this age of retarded new wave info. dave draper

Try simply jif . Close to Natural pb in nutrition but tastes better and alot smoother. It is not like trying to spread joint compound

PB? Hell yeah! All natural. Depending on how much weight I'm looking to gain, I eat 2-6 tablespoons a day. It's my dog's snack of choice too. He'll shred a stranger's calf for a spoonful of PB.

I have used Natural PB for the last year, and when i run out, I have a back up jar of Peter Pan, i will never go back to regular, too sweet, I hate it. I go through about 2-3 jars a week.
I eat at least 6 times a day to build my body
I pray at least 6 times a day to build my soul

Natty PB is the goods man.
"Nothing in the world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent.
Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination
alone are omnipotent. The slogan 'press on' has solved and always will solve the problems of the human race."

Peanut butter is awesome for those dieting days when my energy is especially low. And no, I doubt that Peter Pan is all natural. Check the ingredients, if it's natural all it will have is peanuts. Nothing else.
