What are the best sports supplements for mma fighting?

Tweetfind a good prtien source...there's alot, but i like innerarmor right now...nitropeak (i think). also, i've looked into "fighters food"...i'll try that soon too...looks good

TweetI like Inner Armor too for protein, it's loaded with all the goodies you'd need, tastes good and it's a great price/portion value. for a Creatine source I liked NOX-3 by Xyience just creatine/glutamine no caffiene, again great value and tastes good. dont forget a good multi vitamin. for starters those would be my picks.
