Tweetanother antivegan here. I eat meat! I'd love to get 2lbs of lean meat a day, but that doesn't happen. I drink plenty of protien shakes too. That shake just can't substitute a juicy tenderloin though.
Vegan or Carnivore, whatever makes you happy. Try to get whatcha need to be healthy, either way.

I wonder...If a family of vegans keep breeding generations of vegans. From the results of adaptation in species. Evidently, the vegan's teeth would adapt to the vegan food intake. It would probably take 100 generations, but they would obviously loose their meat cutters, and have flat, wider teeth for grinding. Like a horse, or cow.

TweetI've done some vegan plans from time to time, but I find it's a lot of work to keep myself interested due to things tasting the same or too bland too quickly. Today I cooked me up a bunch of steak and chicken for the week, and I will gladly have that with my veggies and be happy.

I love red meat! That's why I've never dug the deer meat. "You haven't had mine."...I know. Maybe so. I've had it "the best" at least 5 times. I just don't dig it. A little dry & gamey.
Love that beef though! I eat poultry. It's not top choice, but it's lan meat. That's why I want to start raising quail. Set 'em free at the farm, and bring 'em home. Quail is a red, muscular, pheasant-like bird. Very good!
