I used to be on schedule with it. Back in my 4000+ cals/day. I'm an evenin guy now. morning sometimes too. unpredictable now-days.1 up

I can never... I need to but it doesn't happen. I guess my body is still asleep. I get up at 4:20 and leave the house at 5:20 to go to work.... To early to poo!!!Comment
