Buying a product
TweetI bought this versaflex machine over a year ago and this machine is a streching machine for martial arts,its a great machine. But it has a defect,the gears that are supposed to catch always wear down and they get stripped and then wont catch anymore. Since over a year ago ive gone through 3 parts to this machine and ive complained but they have sent out the part even though the warranty is out. Well they keep giving me the warranty on this because they know about this thing always breaking. Ive even looked it up on the internet and everyone complains about this part. Customer service is top notch at this place but unless they change the problem looks like i'll be calling them back in 6 months
