Would it be better to inject the test 2 x week or would 1 x week be just as effective ? Because as of right giving myself a shot isn't something I look forward to

Tweetpros and cons to both. 2x a week less pain,but you need more gear becauseeverytime you inject you waste.1cc. so if you do 1 shot a week for 10 weeks you will only get 9cc out of vial.twice weekly and you will only get 8cc out of vial. Alot of people dont take this into consideration,and just think theire vial was underfilled!
Myself, i just prepare and have extra gear on hand,so i can break it up bi weekly.
