      Welp, this past Friday I got the results from some lung function tests I had done last week dealing with my Bronchitis and Asthma, and the results were good. So the doc said I can start hitting the gym, but to keep my inhaler handy and not over do it. So, today I made it in, started a lifting program I wanted to try, and did 30 mins cardio on an eliptical machine. So far, so good! I just hope I can salvage some of this cycle I've been on before it's over.
