I'm not pro "blitz" cycle by any means. IMO, that's close to a useless waste. Not to mention that it too much stress on the body's chemical & physical balance.

Shortest I've ever ran was 12 weeks.

I've known guys who swear by short cycles (usually test prop/tren ace) but considering things don't really start kicking in until around wk 4 I don't really see the point.

Hey 8 weeks used to be the norm nack in the day. 8-12 week cycles were what most did. My first 8 or so were 8-12 weekers

i always kept it around 12-14 weeks. 8 weeks seems so short especially for compounds with a 6-8 day half life. With enanthate, cyp,eq, nothing really good even starts happened until week 5, 6.

8 weeks of prop/var would be nice though.

depends on your goals, I used to do them when I was younger. One thing also is that many adult athletes do bust cycles to avoid testing issues also.

I had good results doing them for a couple years while fighting and powerlifting plus being in an occupation that could test me at anytime I had to be careful. Now, I'd never do them I prefer to cruise through life on my long ester Test!
