      Dang this is hard, so I'll tell you what they were.
      travel
      cooking & baking
      learning
      golf
      panting
      volunteering at a rape crises center and at a hospital also at a center for various 12 step programs. I don't full agree with them, yet they do help. I take serious issue with the language used in the programs "I'm defective" wtf is that? we all have beneficial and less than beneficial behaviors no one is defective.
      camping hiking
      yoga - various exercise classes for the core.
      Kirtan, devotional chanting?
      chill out at the Ashram.
      reading.
      martial arts too.
      dang I did a 180 eh?

      currently its Craniosacral therapy,cst.
      I found a talented pt that does this and it's amazing. I strongly advocate that Everyone try this for at least 4 sessions and most people only need about 8-10 sessions. With that said I've been going for years well over 100 sessions. It has helped tremendously.

      Wow, I agreee 100%! I know a guy who hasnt had a drink for 20 years and he constantly says he is a drunk and an alcoholic. huh?????...hey , whatever works for ya I guess..
      That whole idea of constantly calling yourself an alcoholic and saying "I am powerless over alcohol" makes no sense at all. No wonder those people have a hard time avoiding alcohol. We are what we say we are

      dzone, i've noticed also, my reading for pleasure learning goes way down when i'm stressed out, 3 months ago was the first time, i got back into it and have been knocking down 2-3 books a month
