TweetI would go with prop since you are trying to cut. It won't out as much water on you. I've never been a big fan of sust. With the different esters your blood levels won't stay constant. I only did T400 once and it hurt like a mofo. I had to cut it with b12 because my leg or butt would hurt for days.
