      I have developed a very weird pain on the right side of my lower abs... its almost like hernia kinda pain ... it started by week 5 of my cycle , i was doin REAL HEAVY deads and i felt it ... from then every time i do deads or squats i feel it... for the past few days its always there, its not just on the training days... i took the past 3 days 0ff gym and the pain is still there...

      Now the shity part is that im just comin off a 10 week cycle and i gota do alota deads and squats in clomid therapy to keep my gains... now wtf do i do if its hernia....

      Please help me guys im kinda fked here...

      I cant offer you any advice, but I do think you should visit your doctor.

      Go to the doc, hernia surgery and recoevry will screw your gains more than quitting deads and squats. Take it from someone who got hernia surgery, becuase they went back to the gym too soon after getting my spleen removed.

      If you have a hernia, you could seriously consider slin. It would help you keep some gains even if your not able to lift.

      same thing happened to me. dont know if i bruised rib or strained muscle,but it did go away in a week.

      Slin is good post cycle for keeping gains. I would still go to the doc before i started slin or anything.
