Ingredients

  • 1 cup(s) sugar, brown (packed)
  • 1/2 cup(s) peanut butter, reduced-fat
  • 2 tablespoon butter, softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large egg white(s)
  • 1 1/2 cup(s) flour, self-rising
  • 7 ounce(s) marshmallow creme
  • 1/4 cup(s) nuts, peanuts, chopped roasted
  • 2/3 cup(s) chocolate, semisweet pieces

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 350°.
2. Combine first 5 ingredients in a mixing bowl; beat with a mixer at medium speed until combined. Lightly spoon flour into dry measuring cups; level with a knife. Stir in flour.
3. Press mixture into a 13 x 9-inch pan coated with cooking spray. Spread marshmallow creme over dough. Sprinkle evenly with peanuts and chocolate chips.
4. Bake at 350° for 20 to 22 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool completely.
