TweetI take 5,000IU a day due to living in a snow state and working indoors.
TweetIf anyone feels kinda of sluggish take some vitamin-D and see what happens. I had my blood test done and my vit-d was low and since I started to take it daily my energy sky rocketed big time.

TweetYep, I take about 10,000 iu a day...
TweetWow, that sounds like a lot. Is that much even necessary long term?

TweetIts a lot, but have read loads of articles on D3. It is involved in so many things including genes, hormones, calcium etc etc...I probably fluctuate between 5-10,000 IU a day...I guess I kind of cycle it up and down from week to week, but I dont go over 10,000 IU in a day or below 2,000
TweetI take 2000 iu's daily. GNC sells these chocolate chewy things, that taste like tootsie rolls, that are each 1000 iu's. They are good and are like a little treat of chocolate, daily.
