in a saute pan, add about 2 tbsp soy sauce and *about* a half a cup of water. throw a chicken breast in there and turn it to a med to med-high heat. throw on a cover and leave one edge open just a bit.

basically this will begin to reduce down when the liquid boils. just let the chicken cook and flip it every couple of mins. when the chicken is done, take it out, and add a little bit of your favorite mustard (yellow, dijon, etc). maybe a tsp of it, unless you like a lot of flavor and then you can use 1-2 tbsp. mix this up and spoon over the chicken. kick ass flavor, dirt cheap to make, and tasty as hell!! AND....it has about 2-4 g/carbs depending on the soy and how much you use.
