Tweeti'm a few weeks into a cycle and am about to leave for vacation to Disney in Fla with the family, plane ride and everything.
What do you folks typically do in this situation when traveling?
Take a chance and pack gear to use while away? If so, gow do you pack it?
Not pack any gear and stay regimented with training/diet? If so, do you pack additional supps of sort in an attempt to hold the gains already made? If so, what supps?
