In June, I sprained my knee at work and the doc asked for a MRI that showed an ACL injury, a tear in the meniscus and a slightl fracture of the shinbone. He told me to walk with crutches and gave me a prescription for painkillers and anti-inflammatories. He also told me to do physio 3 times a week. I saw him again before my vacation in the U.S. and he gave me a prescription for an articulated knee brace and I must admit that when I wear it, it offers a great support.

I asked the doc if I can squat and do other leg exercises but the answer was that it was too soon but that I can use the stationary bike whenever I want.
