      Finished a cycle of Test C 400mg a week for 12 weeks. Managed to break my elbow, crack 2 ribs and dislocate my wrist. PCT will start in a week. Can't go to the gym for at least 2 months. Cardio can not be done. It hurts my ribs just to type. Really hurts. How can I maintain my muscle? I keep hearing BCAA. I seen low dose creatine (2g a day) may help. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

      Hmmm 2 months without training? Thats a tough one. Sorry to hear about your injury. I'm thinking low doses of test might help you keep some muscle. Definitely keep your protein intake up and adding BCAAs may help to stave off catabolism. Maybe some people on here might have some other ideas for you to try. Good luck.

      how much do you weight? based on that, if you wen the 1.5g per pound of bodyweight thing. if you weighed 200lbs, then take in 300g, however you can. if you can only get down 150g worth of solid food, then have a couple of shakes, and also EAAs and BCAAs and glutamine. they will all help speed things up. this ambien has me giving odd advice, i 'll try again sober lol. sorry.

      No matter what your going to lose some muscle but I would try and keep my calories up

      Its time to put healing on the front burner, and worry less about loosing some gains. Keep your diet in check, keep your macros balanced with you activity levels. You "WILL" loose some size, but it will be minimal, but I assure you once you are about to train full force, you will gain it back quickly, Muscle memory plays a big role here. Plus your body will be in a mild state of stimulus shock, and will respond by growing. Sometimes short breaks away from the Iron can be a good thing and actually do trigger new growth and muscle development. So hang tough and concentrate on getting healed and back to 110% thats the most important issue at hand.~

      In the last 5 years ive had 5 surgeries and I come back and have got bigger each time so muscle memory is there
