If you go to TMZ and search for Roger Huerta, you can see the video."Against a man who appears to have punched a woman in the head. Once Huerta sees the woman collapse to the ground -- he says "You just punched a f**kin' girl." Officers were called to the scene -- but so far, no arrests have been made."
