How do you get the very last drop out of a multidose vial?

TweetIm with the other bros...thats what I do..When I near the end of a vial..say 2-3cc's left Ill rip the top off with my teeth and get all of it out and divide into as many cc's. Jking about the teeth.

TweetThat's pretty much what I was thinking of doing, except I cannot just rip it off, my vials have an aluminum ring clamping down the rubber, so I would have to cut out the stopper's center instead.
