Tweetlol...now go back and do more cardio
TweetThis morning I went a little nutz on my cardio at the gym, and when I got home I was pooped. I had a few hours before I had to leave for work, so I figured I'd take a nap. Well, about 5 hrs later I was still sleeping, and 2 hours late for work, so I took the night off. lol

TweetThats ALOT of sleep for a nap haha! How old are u may i ask. My dad used to take long naps but he was in his 90's.
TweetI'm guessing that you don't have an alarm clock to prevent that from happening.
Sometimes, I'd get tired before hitting the gym/work and end up skipping the gym. I usually prefer going to the gym just before work. If I feel tired later, which is rare, I'll sit in my car for a half an hour and take a nap (setting the alarm on my cellphone first, of course) in the parking lot at work.
TweetSeveral years I was in a BB competition and after the morning prejudging, I went home to take a nap. Well, the night show was to start at 6. I woke up, looked at the clock and it said 6:30 and I was a half hour from the venue. Needless to say, I did some serious speeding down the interstate...went running down the street to the auditorium and snuck in the back of the pump up room. People were going "WTF???? Where you been dude?"...I only had a few minutes to pump up and get back onstage...holy crap, it was a miracle I wasn't disqualified.
