TweetWho makes the best shaker cups for mixin protein powder. The ones at gnc never last very long. The o ring always wears out and they leak.

TweetThe kind with the metal whisk ball are by FAR the best..I think they are called "The Blender"...best shaker hands down. Works as good as an electric blender...
Its a shame the way GNC rips off the public...I confess to occasionally buying stuff there, its usually about double the cost of stuff you can get online..basteerds

TweetYou can get them at Whole Foods or Vitamin Cottage for about 5 bucks or so. No chunks at all with that wire wisk ball. Its called Blender Bottle

TweetI just use a KitchenAid blender..I dont take shakes anywhere, just the AMPED and you dont need a shaker for that.
