TweetAlmond milk has a heart healthy lipids profile and is a good alt for those who are lactose intolerant. Tastes ok too if you mix some chocolate whey isolates and two ice cubes and blend it up!

TweetMy cousin uses it and likes it, but for the price I buy the Rice Dream Vanilla, cause it comes in the half gallons and is cheaper. I cant drink milk because im lactose intolerant.
