    Bought a speed bag

    Oh boy my wife baby1 loves me even more now,lol.When I was a kid for many years we hung in my friends basement and they had a heavy bag and a speed bag and I used to use the speed bag when I was young and was taught to use it and now I got one. I bought a small bag not a big one

    I love those things man!! When I was boxing, it was one of my favorite things to do....after I learned how to use it. Most people have no clue that there is a technique to it. My friend has one he wanted to sell me...I thought about buying it but I have no where to put it.

      Oh man..thats awesome...what kind did you get? Ima join this cheep gym near here just cuz they have a leather heavy bag and a sweet speed bag....love it for cardio..gawd I need it. Now I got the itch to go to that gym. I have a little bag, but I cant remember where I put it..lol

        I had a speed bag in my basement in the house I grew up in. I used to love to go down there after school and just wail on it for a while.

          yes...miss mine badly. had the heavy bag/speed bag and would work them together as a cardio alternative. Add the jump rope and some "roadwork" on a rotating schedule and cardio is done and not so boring.

            I have a speed bag, mostly use it for fun but never really been taught the proper technique
