TweetWell, they couldn't just throw Couture in the top of the mix at 205 with everything that is going on up there now. He had to work his way up which means starting lower down. He beat Vera which was pretty big at 205. He fought Coleman because Mark called Dana and told him that he wanted to specifically fight Couture. Randy is in a position like Anderson. He has nothing left to prove and he just wants the big fights. Randy was supposed to fight Coleman a long time ago and it didn't happen. That is why they fought.

Randy wins the big fights like Sonnen, he takes them down and controls them on the ground.
