I LOVE BOOBOOKITTY...
Tweetthere is a thing called "gym etiquette" and, for all the folks that have worked out long enough, it is something that is sacred. Of course dropping weights is on the long list of things not to do along with LOUD groaning, not racking your weights and talking to someone while in the middle of a set.
TweetThat gym should fire his ass from training others. That's a grand rule to follow.
My biggest gym peeve is when some A-Hole uses a rack, Smith machine, or Hammer Strength/Flex machine, piles on the plates, does his one-a-day set and then walk on without removing the plates.
Tweetfree motion equipment is first class. yea dropping weights is not cool .
If bigger is better then im better than ever !
Tweetthere was a guy in the gym the other day on the pulldown machine just letting go of the weight at the end of each few reps...drove me nuts!
TweetHeh, funny I found this post...today when I was at the gym there was this guy doing dumbell presses, and he kept dropping them. And ironically, all the "little" guys hovering around him seemed to think it was pretty cool. They were egging him on with stuff like "GO! BIG MAN! YOU'RE A BEAST!" etc. I thought it was pretty lame...

TweetYup! They're are some major azzholes around!
